Wii Fit is a game developed by Nintendo for the Wii Console. The game is played using the Wii Balance Board peripheral, and is an example of the Exergaming genre, which refers to a game that incorporates exercise. The general game play is made up of mini games and exercises, such `as Yoga, Push-ups, and Ski Jumping.

What activities make up Wii Fit?

There are expected to be over 40 activities, including Yoga, Push-ups, Step Aerobics, Heading Soccer Balls, Rolling Ball Puzzle, Hula Hooping, Ski Jumping, Jogging, Tightrope Walking, and Snowboarding.

What is the Wii Balance Board?

The Wii Balanced Board is a wireless pressure sensitive board, that when stood on, has the ability to measure the players centre of pressure. This can be used to determine if the players weight, if they are leaning in a particular direction, or if they are moving.
